Ross started his food and beverage service in room service at a topnotch resort and spa in Stowe, VT. There, he worked every Front of House position within the resort over a three-year period. After his time in Vermont, Ross moved to New York City and worked under François Payard at his eponymous bistro. Ross opened the first five Napkin Burger restaurants as the first manager in the company, which is where he met Jerrod Rosen. Ross assisted in opening and expanding the Napkin Burger brand from one restaurant to seven, up and down the East Coast. From there, Ross moved to Colorado and became the beverage director at Boulder’s Brasserie Ten Ten, where he rose to General Manager position., Ross is a true expert in restaurant operations, customer service, and creating the perfect experience for every guest.
